Request for Repair
Request for Repair and Permission to Enter
Description of Work Required: This is my third request. I still have the old refrigerator and stove you know the ones, the ones that predate the moon-landing. The refrigerator temperature is erratic and unpredictable and I have to defrost it at least once a month. Even then, the fridge freezes and ruins, besides my food, my insulin which is very expensive. Such a pity that so many scientists spent so much of their lives inventing insulin for it to be rendered useless by your fridge. This is naturally unacceptable. With the stove, only one element is reliable. This makes cooking anything more complicated than Kraft Dinner which, it turns out I couldn’t eat anyway because my insulin is ruined , rather too much work. Please address as soon as possible. Thank you.
